    Field Engineer

Niall’s fascination with aquariums started as a child gazing at the technicolour of life within his local aquatics shop.

After studying Zoology at Swansea University, and working within the project management team for Lloyds bank during the London 2012 games, Niall found himself managing that very Aquatics shop.

His aquatic career then progressed as coral aquarist at London Sealife Aquarium. Through this public aquarium experience, Niall had exposure into the planning, designing and maintenance of installations on a large scale.

He had the opportunity to care for unique and delicate species that most can only dream of, such as sand tiger sharks, weedy seadragons, jellyfish. He is even a qualified crocodile handler!

When his hands aren’t wet, Niall likes cooking – having friends over for dinner is a favourite.

He also enjoys travelling, regularly taking long weekends In Europe and visiting family in Japan.
